INTRODUCTION
The Thai government has launched a ground breaking initiative to position Thailand as a global hub for herbal medicine, establishing itself as a leading supplier of traditional medicinal herbs and natural remedies. As part of this initiative, the government has officially legalized the cultivation and use of cannabis on 9th June 2022, for both product development and medical applications. Licensed clinics are now authorized to prescribe cannabis-derived extracts, including CBG, CBN, CBD, and THC, to patients whose treatment requires cannabis-based medication.

In alignment with this progressive movement, My Cannabiz Global Co. Ltd. and its subsidiaries were established in April 2022, proactively preparing for the Thai government’s regulatory framework.
